Zero-Tolerance Drug Policy

The safety of every passenger is non-negotiable. Black Limo maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol across all chauffeurs and operational staff — no exceptions, no compromises.

Chauffeur Standards

  • Any chauffeur who tests positive is immediately removed from service and subject to termination.
  • Chauffeurs are prohibited from consuming alcohol or any controlled substance within 24 hours of a scheduled shift.

Prohibited Substances

  • Alcohol — zero tolerance while on duty or within 24 hours prior to a shift.
  • Marijuana and cannabis-derived products, regardless of state or local legality.
  • Prescription medications that impair driving ability or reaction time.
  • All controlled substances listed under the Texas Controlled Substances Act.
  • Over-the-counter medications with sedating effects, unless cleared by a medical professional.

  • All testing is conducted by certified third-party laboratories using DOT-approved procedures.
  • Records of all drug and alcohol tests are maintained in accordance with state and federal retention requirements.

Your Right to a Safe Ride
